ORDERS

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

NOTE: Due to the COVID-19 crisis, order shipping may be delayed. Free Shipping on all orders: Applies to contiguous United States and Canada only (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories and APO addresses). 

Orders will typically ship in 3-5 business days. Depending on which products you order, products could come separately from different fulfillment centers.

 

HOW MANY DAYS SHOULD I EXPECT FOR SHIPPING?

Standard shipping orders average 6-8 business days from the time of shipment in the contiguous US and 8-10 business days for Canada.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can click on the tracking number in the email we sent you when your package is shipped.

You can also select "ORDER TRACKING" from the menu and enter your order number to check your package status.

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCTS?

Please contact our customer service team by filling out the Contact Us Form on our website. Please include your order information and proof of purchase. Items must be in original packaging and unused to be eligible for return and refund. 

 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCTS?

The fastest way is to return your current item, and just re-purchase the new product you want.

 

CAN I BUY REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR MY BELANKO PRODUCTS?

Our products do not provide replacement parts at present, we will meet the needs of our customers in the near future.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS?

We are currently shipped to the United States and Canada. Other countries are still preparing, please be patient.
